At the core, I help people who feel stuck in their relationship with food, their body, and their health, and who are ready to rebuild trust in a deeper way. This includes those navigating eating disorders or disordered eating, body image struggles, chronic dieting, bingeing or emotional eating, or a relationship with health and the body that feels emotionally charged.

​My work is integrative and high touch, supporting you in reconnecting with your body while addressing the nervous system, digestion, hormones, and metabolic health that are often impacted along the way.

This work requires commitment & continuity

Lasting health changes don’t happen in a single session. They require continuity, guidance, and a process that meets you where you are. Healing the relationship with your body is nuanced, and often goes beyond what a visit-by-visit, symptom-focused healthcare model can support.​

I take a different approach.​ My work is about whole body transformation. I work at the intersection of nutrition, nervous system regulation, and functional body systems, guided by a core philosophy: the body is the primary source of information, and healing comes from learning to interpret and respond to it, not override it.

The body becomes the roadmap for healing, and we use that lens to understand nutrition, symptoms, emotions, and health as part of one connected system. It’s not simply “body-led work”, it’s a body-as-intelligence framework.

 

I also integrate my own lived experience of recovering from an eating disorder and navigating subsequent gut health challenges, alongside my education, to support a process that is both grounded and deeply human. Our bodies are incredibly intelligent, and nutrition plays a medicinal role in the body’s innate capacity to heal. When properly supported, the body has a remarkable ability to restore and repair.

Lived Experience + Clinical Support I integrate my own lived experience of eating disorder recovery alongside my professional training. This allows me to support you in a way that is grounded in reality, not theory, and deeply understanding of what this process actually feels like. Includes: - Biweekly 60-min sessions for 6 months - Comprehensive lab review at the start and end (functional stool + hormone panels included at no additional charge) - Personalized nutrition and lifestyle support based on your body’s patterns and responses - Ongoing messaging support between sessions - Adaptive pacing based on your progress and needs Why It Works: This is a high-touch, ongoing container designed to support lasting regulation and stability in the body. Athletes Navigating Undereating, Burnout, or Body Disconnection

Athletes or high-performing individuals who are: - underfueling or unsure how to properly fuel - experiencing low energy, burnout, or stalled performance - dealing with loss of menstrual cycle, hormonal disruption, or chronic fatigue - navigating disordered eating patterns or a complicated relationship with food and their body This is especially relevant for those in environments where pressure, weight, or performance have shaped how they relate to food and their body. Who this isn't for: Those looking for generic performance plans or surface-level nutrition advice.​ Includes: - Biweekly 60-min sessions for 3 months. - Personalized fueling plans for performance or weigh-in weeks, with ongoing adjustments - Performance and lab monitoring (if labs are provided). - Recovery and periodization support with systems and sheets to track metrics.  - Ongoing messaging support between sessions Why It Works: As a previous cross country and track athlete throughout both high school and college who dealt with an eating disorder during that time, this is the support I wish I had. Athletes and disordered eating are often closely linked. Because of that, this approach goes beyond performance optimization. We look at the full picture: fueling, recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall health, to support both performance and long-term well-being. Rather than pushing your body harder, we focus on understanding what it needs to function, recover, and perform sustainably. I’ve worked with athletes to bring back lost menstrual cycles, train for marathons, restore energy, and navigate high-stress environments, all while protecting long-term health. You’ll receive a personalized roadmap and learn how to fuel and recover in a way that’s not just performance-driven, but aligned with your body’s health and well-being, working on building that relationship first.

Who this is for:

Anyone who feels stuck or uncertain about what your body needs, wants professional insight and a clear next step forward, is navigating a specific concern or transition, or wants support without committing to a longer container. Best for shorter term support. Who this isn’t for: Those needing ongoing, high-touch support, those ready for deeper transformation (Reclaim or Restore would be a better fit) In your initial 75-minute session, we’ll explore: your symptoms and concerns, diet, lifestyle, and health history, as well as take a deep dive into the current state of your body. You’ll leave with clear insight into what’s going on, actionable next steps, and a more grounded sense of direction.  Follow-up sessions: Subsequent follow-up sessions are available as needed to continue support, adjust based on your body’s response, and deepen the work if desired. They can be booked as often as we deem fit, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs. Anyone looking to learn how to listen to their body, develop a deeper connection, receive clarity on what works, and take their power back in their health. Who this isn't for: People seeking short cuts, supplements or "quick fixes", minimal effort, or surface-level information without inner work. Includes: - Weekly 1.5 hour live group sessions for 3 months - The exact process I used, broken down step-by-step, that helped me heal an eating disorder, restore my gut health, and reduce chronic stress - Learn to interpret physical and emotional communication from your body through sensations, signals, and responses, and build trust in your body’s natural wisdom. - 6 weeks of focused support on hormones, gut health, and blood sugar regulation, with hands-on steps each week to apply what your body truly needs. Why it works: Building a relationship with your body is the missing piece in lasting health. Every cell is listening to what you do, think, and feel, and I believe true health isn’t possible without this connection. In this program, we explore an aspect of health I do not cover in my one-on-one sessions. Healing is possible because the body is designed to restore itself when given right support.   • CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLAN

This is a 4 week meal plan that will be individualized based upon your specific goals and health status. You must complete an Initial Nutrition Consultation before purchase of a meal plan.​
  • 6 WEEK WORKOUT PROGRAM

This can be bought on its own or as an add-on to nutrition sessions. If bought in combination with nutrition counseling, a $40 discount will be applied.
  • GROCERY SHOPPING TRIP

These are for those who feel they would like assistance with choosing groceries and how to navigate reading labels and/or ingredients in the grocery store. Typically done in person, but can be arranged over video if requested. (If done virtually price will be discounted).
