I help teenagers and adults who feel out of control with food or frustrated with their body break the cycle of restriction, overdoing, and starting over, so they can rebuild trust and feel more grounded in their body. 

This work is not surface level

It requires consistency, support, and a willingness to understand the patterns that have shaped your relationship with food, your body, and your health over time. 

My approach is integrative and body-led, focused on whole body transformation. I work at the intersection of nutrition, nervous system regulation, and body systems, guided by a core philosophy: the body is the primary source of information, and healing comes from rebuilding your relationship with it through awareness, interpretation, and response, rather than control or override.

 

I bring together training in dietetics and nutrition, ongoing studies in herbalism, eastern medicine, and functional medicine, alongside lived experience of recovering from an eating disorder and navigating my own gut and stress-related health challenges.

This allows me to support this process in a way that's grounded, relational, and deeply human.

Who this is for:

- Anyone actively navigating an eating disorder or disordered eating - Those feeling stuck in cycles of restriction, bingeing or emotional eating - Anyone feeling out of control with food or disconnected from their body - Those exhausted trying to do “everything right" - People who are ready for help, but don’t want more control, rules, or another rigid and restrictive approach. THIS WORK IS FOR WHEN... Your relationship with food and your body feels unstable, consuming, or out of control, and you’re exhausted from trying to “fix it” on your own. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of restriction, bingeing, or emotional eating, where things feel better for a while… until they don’t, and you end up back in the same loop again. At this point, it’s not just about food anymore. It can feel like a deeper loss of trust in your body, your choices, and yourself. WHAT WE FOCUS ON: - Stabilizing eating patterns and reducing the intensity of restrictive or binge cycles - Rebuilding safety and trust in your body and internal cues - Supporting the nervous system so food and stress feel less reactive - Addressing both the physical and emotional layers of eating and body image patterns - Creating more consistency, steadiness, and self-trust over time. This is structured, ongoing support designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you “should” be. WHAT THIS CAN LOOK LIKE OVER TIME: - Less urgency, chaos, or mental noise around food - Fewer swings between control and loss of control - More consistency and ease with eating patterns - Reduced shame and self-judgement - A stronger sense of safety and trust in your body - A more grounded, stable relationship with food and yourself WHAT THIS SUPPORT INCLUDES: This is a high-touch, 6 month ongoing container for deeper healing. - Weekly 60-min sessions for 8 weeks, then biweekly the remaining 4 months - Ongoing messaging support between sessions - Collaboration with therapist or treatment team if applicable - Optional lab review for nutritional and physical insight - Personalized support for body trust, body image, nervous system regulation, and eating patterns We move at a pace your body can actually sustain, with space to integrate as we go.   WHY THIS WORKS: This is not about controlling your behaviors or forcing change. It’s about rebuilding a relationship with your body that feels safe, steady, and sustainable. At the core of this work is a simple but powerful shift: Your body (and brain) are not the problem. This approach is collaborative, adaptive (not rigid), and integrative (not one-dimensional). Together, we learn how to understand your body’s signals instead of overriding them, regulate your nervous system so your body can actually feel safe in doing so, work WITH your patterns instead of fighting against them, and move out of survival patterns and into greater stability. We go beyond food, and address both the physical and emotional layers of what you’re experiencing. LIVED EXPERIENCE + PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT I integrate my own lived experience of eating disorder recovery alongside my professional training. This allows me to support you in a way that is grounded in reality, not theory, and deeply understanding of what this process actually feels like. The goal of this work isn’t perfection or control. It's a stable, trusting relationship with your body that you can rely on. One that doesn't require constant starting over. You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

Support your body in finding stability again after periods of stress, restriction, or chronic dieting, when digestion, energy, or hormones feel unpredictable

Who this is for:

This is for people experiencing: - Digestive issues, hormonal shifts, low energy, or metabolic changes - A history of chronic dieting, restriction, or disordered eating (past or present) - Operating from a chronically high stress state or feeling like their body is "off" - Symptoms that feel inconsistent, unpredictable, or hard to explain - A sense that their body is not functioning the way it used to THIS WORK IS FOR WHEN... Your body feels off, depleted, or unpredictable, and there’s a history of restriction, bingeing, chronic dieting, stress, or disordered eating patterns that you suspect may still be impacting how your body functions today - even if those behaviors are no longer active. You may be noticing digestive changes, hormonal shifts, low energy, or stress responses that don’t fully make sense on the surface, but feel connected to your past relationship with food, control, or survival patterns. Often, people here have moved past the behavioral side of the eating patterns, but are now dealing with the physical aftermath in the body. Your body isn't broken, it's adapting. WHAT WE FOCUS ON - Rebuilding physiological regulation after periods of stress, restriction, or disordered eating - Supporting digestion, hormones, metabolism, and energy as one integrated system using labs as integral support - Restoring consistency in nourishment, rhythm, and body signals - Identifying how past patterns may still be impacting current symptoms - Rebuilding a more stable foundation This work goes beyond symptoms to understand what your body has been adapting to over time. Through labs, clinical interpretation, and personalized protocols, we work to restore stability across your body systems so things feel more regulated, predictable, and supported from the inside out. WHAT THIS CAN LOOK LIKE OVER TIME As your body begins to regulate, you may notice: - More stable energy and fewer crashes or fluctuations - Improved digestion and reduced discomfort or unpredictability - More regularity in hormonal or cycle-related patterns (where applicable) - A clearer understanding of how your body responds to food and stress - Less background stress or "noise" in the body - A more stable, regulated baseline overall The goal is to restore stability in a system that has been under strain. WHAT THIS SUPPORT INCLUDES: This is a 6 month container for deeper physiological repair and functional reconstruction of body systems: - Biweekly 60-min sessions - Comprehensive functional stool and hormone testing at the beginning and end of the program at no extra cost ($1,600 value) - Personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocols and support based on your lab results and your body's patterns - Ongoing messaging support between sessions - Adaptive pacing based on your body's response and capacity WHY THIS WORKS This is not surface-level nutrition or symptom-management. This is an incredibly in depth and comprehensive program. We are not treating isolated issues as separate problems. Instead, we look at how your body adapted during periods of restriction, stress, or disordered eating, and how those adaptations show up in digestion, hormones, metabolism, and energy today through physical symptoms and lab interpretation. Your body isn’t “randomly off", it's responding to long-term patterns. We focus on rebuilding regulation from the ground up, so the body can stabilize again, not just temporarily improve symptoms. LIVED EXPERIENCE + PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT I know what it's like to navigate a body that seems like it's falling apart. After recovering from my own eating disorder, my gut health went south, I was incredibly stressed, and it seemed like no matter what I did, my symptoms were just getting worse. It wasn't until I changed my approach that I was able to heal my own gut and restore stability. I understand where you are, and my lived experience and studies are what have shaped this work. The goal of this work is to support your body in returning to a more stable, regulated baseline that you can carry forward long-term. This is an ongoing 6-month partnership, not just one-off sessions. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

You may be training hard but running on burnout, inconsistent energy, body image stress, or pressure to look or perform a certain way. For some athletes, this is often alongside a history of disordered eating. For others, it shows up in quieter patterns like underfueling, restriction around certain training phases, or anxiety around body changes, weight, or visibility. In both cases, the common thread is the same: your body is not being fully supported in the demands placed on it. WHY THIS WORKS: This is not just performance nutrition, and it is not solely eating disorder recovery. It sits at the intersection of sport physiology, fueling behavior, and body relationship under pressure. Athletes and disordered eating patterns are often deeply intertwined because of the pressures and expectations placed on both their performance and physical appearance. Rather than pushing harder, we focus on understanding what your body needs to function, recover, and perform sustainably. We address both the physiological cost of underfueling and the psychological and environmental pressures that drive it, so performance becomes something your body can actually sustain. LIVED EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT As a former cross country and track athlete who experienced an eating disorder during my time as an athlete in both high school and college, I understand the intersection of performance pressure, body image, and fueling first hand. This is the kind of support that I wish existed when I was growing up. You don’t have to override your body to perform at a high level or live up to appearance standards. You can support it, and perform better because of it.

- Anyone who feels stuck or uncertain about what your body needs, wants professional insight and a clear next step forward - Those navigating a specific concern or transition and wants support without committing to a longer container. - Anyone deciding whether deeper support (Reclaim/Restore/Rebuild) is appropriate Who this isn’t for: Those needing ongoing, high-touch support, or those ready for deeper transformation (my 1:1 programs would be a better fit). SESSION STRUCTURE & FOLLOW UPS Your initial session is 75 minutes, where we do a deep dive into your symptoms and concerns, diet, lifestyle, health history, and state of your body. From there, follow-up sessions are available if you want continued support, adjustment, or ongoing clarity as things shift. They can be booked as often as we deem fit, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs. Start with a single session or a short series (package options are available upon request). This is not long-term coaching or a full treatment container. Instead, it is a focused space for insight, pattern recognition, and decision-making support. Rather than trying to address everything at once, we zoom out and look at the bigger picture of what your body is communicating, and what level of support actually matches what’s going on. You'll leave with clear insight into what’s going on, actionable next steps, and a more grounded sense of direction. WHAT THIS SUPPORT INCLUDES: - Weekly 1.5 hour live group sessions for 3 months - The exact process I used, broken down step-by-step, that helped me heal an eating disorder, restore my gut health, and reduce chronic stress - Learning to interpret physical and emotional communication from your body through sensations, signals, and responses, and build trust in your body’s natural wisdom. - 6 weeks of focused support on hormones, gut health, and blood sugar regulation, with hands-on steps each week to apply what your body truly needs.
