 The first 6 weeks are designed to quiet the noise, bring you out of your head, and help your body start feeling safe again

During this phase we:

- uncover the beliefs, patterns, and habits we’ve picked up about health and our bodies over time.

- understand how our body communicates through sensations, signals, and responses

This not about learning theories or gaining more information.​ It's rebuilding a sense of safety and trust, so your body no longer has to scream to get your attention.

Every session is experiential. You’re not just learning concepts, you’re actively experiencing them and reconnecting with your body in a meaningful, lasting way.​
