BACK TO YOUR BODY

Wellness Reimagined: Changing the way you work with your body

Your body is not the problem.

The relationship you've been taught to have with it is.

A 12-week guided process to stop outsourcing authority over your body, break the cycle of control and confusion, and learn how to make health decisions from clarity instead of fear.

What if instead of trying to "hack" your body, you learned its language instead?

Somewhere along the way, you stopped trusting your body.

You learned to override signals, second-guess yourself, and rely on rules, experts, and protocols to tell you what your body needs. So when something feels off, you don’t pause and listen. You search for the next answer: a new supplement, a new protocol, a new way to eat, a new thing to fix.

At first, it feels like things are changing, but nothing actually holds. And now you’re stuck in a loop of control > stress > confusion > more searching > more second guessing > repeat. And over time, your body stops feeling like something you live in and starts feeling like something you manage.

Your problem isn't effort, it's disconnection.

The cost of that disconnection isn’t just confusion. It shows up as obsessive thinking around food, chronic stress or nervous system overload, persistent digestive or hormonal symptoms, and the feeling that your body is somehow working against you.

This is why I created Back to Your Body. A 12-week, body-led process to help you move from external reliance to internal clarity so you stop outsourcing your health decisions and start understanding what your body is communicating in real time.

Instead of relying on rigid rules or chasing the next solution, you'll learn how to understand your body's signals and use them to guide decisions around food, digestion, energy, hormones, and stress.

No rigid rules, no biohacking spirals, no managing yourself into exhaustion. Health does not have to be hard.

The current health world is overwhelming. Everywhere you look, there's a new “right” way to eat, new biohacking trends, new  supplements, and a constant stream of conflicting health advice. And while some of it may help temporarily, most of it keeps you in the same loop: trying to control your body instead of understand it.

Trusting your body, in a world where we've been conditioned to do the opposite, takes courage.

Back to Your Body is for people who feel disconnected, frustrated or at odds with their own bodies and are ready to reconnect with their body's wisdom, move away from fear-based health decisions, and cultivate lasting self-trust .

If you're tired of following rules, plans, and advice that never seem to work - or judging & shaming yourself and your body - you're in the right place.

Who is this for?

You might relate if you...

  • Feel like getting healthy is a constant effort and causes you stress.

  • Consistently second-guess hunger, symptoms, or food choices, or if what you're doing is "enough".

  • Feel like your body can't be trusted without rules, structure, or control - like it's working "against" you.

  • Feel overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, "hacks", or wellness trends.

  • Experience lingering gut, hormone, blood sugar, or stress issues that never fully resolve.

  • Feel frustrated or ashamed of your body, even when you're trying your best.

  • Notice your nervous system often feels stuck in stress, anxiety, or shutdown.

  • Struggle with body image, shame, or the push-pull around food.

At some point, it becomes clear: more control, more information, or more "biohacking" isn't the answer. Everything we've been taught about health involves disconnecting from our bodies. The real problem isn't that your body is broken - it's that the relationship with your body has been disrupted. Back to Your Body exists to help you rebuild the relationship first.

What the program actually is

Back to Your Body is not a passive learning experience. It’s a structured, step-by-step process where you actively rebuild your relationship with your body in real time, through weekly live guidance, direct experience, and real-life application between sessions. It's a body-led, somatic program designed to help you make health choices from clarity instead of fear and build a deep relationship with yourself. Your body is always on your side. This is about listening to your body’s wisdom and working with it, rather than against it.

It's the process I used (and continue to use today) that ultimately allowed me to heal an eating disorder, chronic gut issues, and long-term stress dysregulation, broken down into phases. Each phase builds on the last. Nothing is random, and nothing is left for you to figure out alone.

This program is:

  • somatic before it is educational: you experience the body, you don't just learn about it

  • relational before it is nutritional: relationship first, actions second

  • trust-based before it is protocol-based: learn to make choices from internal guidance, not external rules

We rebuild the relationship first. Then we work with the body.

This is a 12-week guided process with weekly 1.5-hour live group sessions, moving through two phases.

More details on each phase

By the end of the 12 weeks, you will:

01 Trust yourself in your health decisions without second-guessing your body. You stop defaulting to uncertainty and begin working with your body instead of against it.

02 Experience noticeable shifts in your physical state. Energy becomes more stable, digestion feels easier, cravings reduce, sleep improves, and your body feels more regulated and supportive in daily life.

03 Feel less anxiety, shame, and obsession around food and your body. You stop thinking about food all day, and eating and moving become simpler, calmer, and more grounded. The mental noise and self-doubt begins to quiet as compulsive and reactive patterns lose intensity.

04Replace self-criticism with a more stable, compassionate relationship with yourself. Body image softens as judgment and disconnection begin to quiet and your internal dialogue becomes less harsh and reactive.

05 Break cycles of over-pushing, overworking, and overriding your needs. You begin to slow down without guilt and change how you respond to stress, your body’s signals, and moments of overwhelm instead of defaulting into old patterns.

06 Develop a stronger sense of emotional safety in your body and reconnect to your natural internal rhythms so your system feels less reactive and more steady throughout the day.

07 Stop outsourcing authority to external protocols, trends, or experts. You begin consulting your body first and making decisions from internal clarity instead of external pressure or fear.

08 Gain clearer awareness of your internal signals and patterns. You begin to recognize what a real “yes” and “no” feels like in your body and use that to guide your choices in real time.

09Shift your relationship with health from effort and control to clarity and ease. You begin to see the connection between your body, emotions, nutrition, and habits more clearly, and your body becomes a guide rather than a source of stress.

The Shift

When someone finishes the program, they don't just "know more". They say:

"I trust myself more now.

I feel calmer, healthier, and more grounded in my body.

I don't constantly look outside myself for answers anymore.

I know how to listen, and I know how to respond.

My body and I are finally working together."

That's the transformation.

This is not for you if:

  • You are looking for another "quick fix", diet, plan, or set of rules that temporarily helps but doesn’t change the pattern underneath.

  • You want someone else to take over decision-making for your health and tell you exactly what to do step-by-step without developing your own internal awareness.

  • You are not willing to slow down enough to notice what your body is actually communicating in real time, especially when it feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar.

  • You want purely external solutions (supplements, protocols, meal plans, or strategies) without addressing the relationship you have with your body underneath those behaviors.

  • You are looking for a passive experience, and are not open to observing your patterns around food, control, stress, and body signals with honesty and consistency over time.

This is an active process. You are learning a new way of relating, not receiving instructions to follow.

If you’ve been trying harder, adding in more strategies, researching more, and still not feeling the relief you’re looking for, you already know what that loop feels like.

At some point, it stops being about finding the next “right” thing to do, and becomes about whether you’re done abandoning your body in exchange for more control.

The issue was never your body. It was the distance you were taught to create from it.

That distance only changes when you stop trying to manage your body from the outside. And when that happens, the behaviors that used to feel automatic - the bingeing, self-sabotage, emotional eating, and stress spirals begin to lose their intensity and hold.

Your body is always on your side. Every symptom and condition you experience is the body adapting to protect you. But how are we supposed to know what the body is telling us, when we were never taught how to listen in the first place?

This is what Back to Your Body is here to change.

Coming Home to Myself

My relationship with my body for most of my life was a volatile one. I was cruel to her; nothing she ever did felt good enough. I starved her, overworked her, neglected her, judged her, shamed her, and betrayed her - all while completely ignoring the messages she was sending me.

At my lowest point, when my eating disorder took on a life of its own, I decided I was done living this way. But it wasn't simple. As I was healing my eating disorder, another issue surfaced: my gut health took a turn, my body was exhausted, my hair was falling out, my skin was breaking out.

For a long time, I was lost. I fought with everything I had, but nothing was changing. I kept "losing". I fell apart over and over until eventually I hit my breaking point. I realized this wasn't something I could out-control, and I finally understood what I needed to do.

The turning point wasn't another protocol. It was realizing the problem wasn't my body - it was our relationship. I didn't trust her. I didn't even love her. And instead of listening to her, I had been trying to control and manager her my entire life.

So I slowed down. I had to not only learn to trust her, but prove to her that she could trust me too. I learned how to notice subtle patterns or nudges, make connections, and tie everything together. I had to get to know her for the first time. It took me years, but through that, I experienced the most rewarding, heart-opening, and healing process I have ever been through:

I overcame my eating disorder.
I healed from leaky gut and improved my digestion.
My chronic stress decreased and my nervous system began to regulate.
But more importantly, I fell in love with my body. I stopped fighting her. I felt at home.

And over time, the patterns I had been stuck in began to shift as the relationship itself changed.

Back to Your Body is the process I wish I had when I was in that place. It's how I found freedom. It completely changed the way I view and work with my body. So I turned what I learned into a step-by-step program for others who feel stuck in the same loop. I'm giving you the gift I had to learn the hard way. You don't have to figure it out all alone like I did.

Your body is absolutely brilliant. It does not make mistakes. It is far more intelligent than you’ve been taught to believe. It adapts in ways the thinking mind cannot outmatch. Eventually, no amount of effort, control, or optimization works anymore. One of the scariest yet most rewarding “undoings” I’ve gone through, has been unlearning the misguided belief that our bodies don’t know what they’re doing. In reality, the body is smarter than you, me, and any person to exist.

As time went on, what used to feel like constant internal conflict began to settle in a way I didn’t know was possible. This is what I now guide people through.

If you're ready to stop living at odds with your body, this is your turning point.

Are you finally ready to silence all the noise and come back to yourself?
