You feel stuck in cycles with food and your body that don’t make sense anymore. You can be “on track”, in control, and doing everything right, and then something shifts, and suddenly you're restricting, bingeing, emotional eating, or starting over again. It doesn't make sense, and no matter how hard you try, it feels like something in you keeps overriding your best intentions.

At the core, I help people break out of the all-or-nothing cycle with food and rebuild trust with their body in a way that actually lasts. Because these patterns don’t just affect how you eat, they impact your energy, digestion, hormones, and how safe you feel in your own body.

My approach is different. Instead of more rules or restriction, we work with your body, using nutrition, herbalism, eastern medicine, and a body-led framework to restore balance, regulation, and trust from the inside out.

I’ve lived this myself. I know the shame, the frustration, and the feeling of being stuck in your own patterns. And I also know what it takes to move beyond them.

I’m a holistic registered dietitian, personal trainer, and soon-to-be clinical herbalist with a deep respect for the intelligence of the human body, and a love for running, hiking, nature, and the outdoors.

My journey in nutrition as a form of medicine began when I was just 14 years old, fueled by a strong conviction that our approach to health needed to change. If there is anyone that has always felt there is another way, it’s me.

My body is my greatest teacher and my best friend, but it wasn’t always that way. Much of what I have learned about the body I have learned through my own. Through both my studies and my body's teachings, I have overcome an eating disorder, healed my gut, reduced chronic stress, and finally learned to love myself. These experiences now inform everything I do.

The brilliance of the human body never ceases to amaze me, and I strongly believe the body is designed to heal itself should we give it what it needs to do so. My goal is to guide you back to that place where your body feels steady, your energy returns, and your health becomes something you understand and trust.
