Reclaim Trust & Balance in Your Body

A body-led, integrative approach to move beyond cycles of restriction, bingeing, and uncertainty, so your body becomes your roadmap to healing.

You feel stuck in cycles with food or your body, leaving you exhausted and frustrated. You may be navigating binge/restrict patterns or yo-yo dieting. Your energy is low, your digestion feels unpredictable, or you may also be dealing with other health challenges that make it hard to trust your body. Every time you feel like you’ve gained control over emotional eating, you find yourself back in the same patterns. Maybe you’ve also been struggling with disordered eating or an eating disorder for a while now.

At the core, I help people who are tired of feeling stuck in their relationship with their body and their health, and who are ready to rebuild trust in a deeper way. I’ve been there. I've walked this path, found my way out of an eating disorder, and healed my own gut. I understand the shame cycles, the judgement, and the frustration that comes with it all.

Your symptoms, emotions, and patterns are all connected. Together, we make sense of them in a way that feels clear, supportive, and grounded. I take a body-led approach, combining nutrition, herbalism, and ongoing studies in eastern and functional medicine to help restore trust, balance, and regulation while making the body itself the roadmap to healing.

If you're ready to step out of these cycles, you’re invited to explore the best way to work together that feels right for you.

Hi, I'm

Lauren

Holistic registered dietitian

Lauren Ganim, MS, RDN

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Lauren ganim health & Nutrition

I’m a holistic registered dietitian, personal trainer, and soon-to-be clinical herbalist with a deep respect for the intelligence of the human body, and a love for running, hiking, nature, and the outdoors.

My journey in nutrition as a form of medicine began when I was just 14 years old, fueled by a strong conviction that our approach to health needed to change. If there is anyone that has always felt there is another way, it’s me.

My body is my greatest teacher and my best friend, but it wasn’t always that way. Much of what I have learned about the body I have learned through my own. Through both my studies and my body's teachings, I have overcome an eating disorder, healed my gut, reduced chronic stress, and finally learned to love myself. These experiences now inform everything I do.

The brilliance of the human body never ceases to amaze me, and I strongly believe the body is designed to heal itself should we give it what it needs to do so. My goal is to guide you back to that place where your body feels steady, your energy returns, and your health becomes something you understand and trust.

What people have to say...

"I have been working with Lauren for 10 months now. I was having some issues with my gut for several months, so she suggested we do a stool test. The results showed I was trending towards a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis. She suggested a protocol of probiotics, herbal teas, and a few changes to my diet. A repeat stool test was done, and I am pleased to report I have completely reversed all the symptoms in 8 months. I trust Lauren completely and would recommend her to anyone."
