I’m a holistic registered dietitian, personal trainer, and soon-to-be clinical herbalist with a passion for the human body, and a love for running, fitness, hiking, and nature.
My journey in nutrition as a form of medicine began when I was just 14 years old, fueled by a strong conviction that our approach to health needed to change. If there is anyone that has always felt there is another way, it’s me.

My body is my greatest teacher and my best friend, but it wasn’t always that way. Much of what I have learned about the body I have learned through my own. My personal story is a lengthy one, but through her teachings I have overcome an eating disorder, healed my gut, reduced chronic stress, and finally learned to love myself.

The brilliance of the human body never ceases to amaze me, and I strongly believe the body is designed to heal itself should we give it what it needs to do so. Whatever your goals may be, I would be honored to guide you on this journey back to your ultimate health.
